OLD Personality/Backstory: This Sonic is just like any other Sonic. Happy and carefree. Beating Eggman. Saving the day. But, he has a dark secret. He murders anyone who he thinks will be a threat to his "SEGA Mascot" title. Of course, he can't kill the characters everyone knows such as Shadow or Amy. So he killed all the "forgotten characters". Such as Bean the Dynamite, Honey the Cat, Bark the Polar Bear, even his own siblings. He hangs their heads around the sides of his basement walls. He thinks of it like an achievement.
He told only one other person. Sally. But, when she threatened to tell someone, he brutally murdered her worse then anyone he's killed before. He loved her with all his heart and he still has lingering feelings for her but, he knew he must NEVER be found out. After that he moved far away. Away from everyone. And has been presumed missing ever since Sally's "death".
He has fits of random anger and happiness. He doesn't want to admit it but, he's severely bi-polar. As such, when he's extremely happy, he'll sing random and happy songs. Usually when he's about to kill someone. So they have something nice to listen to before they die.
NEW Personality/Backstory Created by Dr.Eggman as his first Sonic clone made by extracts of Sonic's fur, but instead of using Maurice to attack Sonic, he used him to help him in the lab. He thought a living thing would find such tasks a breathe, and hiring someone would take to long and they would probably be discouraged since he is Eggman. However, Eggman could never get used to commanding a living thing. He had trouble with directing orders, and ultimately abandoned Maurice in favor for his robots. Maurice was ultimately forgotten. Maurice did not like being forgotten. He enjoyed the company of him and Eggman. He hated being abandoned. To lessen his hate, he killed forgotten characters so he would feel less forgotten. He wanted to feel noticed, and acknowledged. I mean, it is easy to forget a dead person, right? He told nobody about this. He kept it secret. He told only one other person. Sally.
